WHY THIS EXISTS
This came from
my own stuck loop.
For years, I couldn't get my business off the ground. Not stalling after it launched — struggling to get off the starting block at all. Every few weeks I'd move just enough to think: this time. Then back to zero.

I thought I needed more structure. More consistency. A better plan. I kept trying to build something that would hold a version of me I wasn't — the version that was operational, systematic, able to do the things I told myself a founder was supposed to do.
"Then I got my ADHD diagnosis. For the first time, the loop made sense."
The business couldn't get off the ground because it was designed around the wrong person. Not the wrong idea. The wrong person doing all the wrong parts of it. I'd been fighting my own brain for years.

Flowerphul CIC went from a nice idea with no money behind it to a bronze medal at RHS Chelsea 2025, a tutor role at McQueens International Flower School, and a six-figure grant pipeline built in year one.

How the session works

Before the session:
You complete a short intake form. What you are working on, where it is stuck, what you have already tried. Karan reads it before you arrive.

During the session:
One hour. Karan listens to what is actually happening — not the polished version. Not the professional answer. The real thing. She asks the question underneath the question. Then she names it. Not a list of possibilities. The one real bottleneck underneath everything else.

After the session:
Within 24 hours, one page lands in your inbox. The bottleneck named. The one move. What to cut, what to keep, what to drop. Nothing else.
